By participating in the Help Kids Play Program you, your organization and Help
Kids Play hereby agree that Help Kids Play shall not be responsible for and
actions, causes of action,claims or demands, costs, expenses, compensation,
personal injury and/or death or any other consequential damages arising out
of the manner in which the undersigned chooses to administer and operate its
fund raising project as well as the manner in which the undersigned chooses
to advertise, sell or distribute said discount cards.
This Agreement shall inure to and be binding upon the parties hereto and their
respective heirs, successors and assigns.
